The purpose of the company is to undertake, within the framework of clear and contractually defined mandates from its clients, specific or medium-term consulting assignments in the areas of strategic consulting for organic or external growth, operational diagnosis, development of rationalization plans and, if necessary, restructuring, interim management, as well as consulting in advanced technologies for local and international clients, particularly for executives (managing or non-managing president, CEO, COO, CXO, etc.), members of boards of directors, investment funds, government organizations, and management teams. The company's purpose includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: A. Strategic Expertise and Corporate Management; 1. Comprehensive strategic consulting: Consulting in the areas of strategy, future planning, value creation, implementation, and support of companies and complex projects, including coaching phases. 2. Corporate governance and management: Consulting in the areas of governance, organization, restructuring, and performance management. 3. Top-level management: Providing services in managing or non-managing leadership (managing president, managing director, board member) within the framework of transitional mandates or medium- and long-term strategic mandates. B. Disruptive Technologies and Future-Oriented Industry Consulting; 1. Artificial Intelligence and Robotics: Consulting and support for projects related to artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, including humanoid robotics. 2. Autonomous Systems and Mobility: Expertise in the field of autonomous systems and various types of drones. 3. Energy and Advanced Materials: Consulting in the area of energy strategy, particularly regarding new sustainable energy technologies and advanced materials. C. Specialized Operations and Financing; 1. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Participation in and comprehensive support of M&A processes, from strategic analysis and due diligence to post-acquisition integration. 2. Corporate Restructuring: Providing services in the area of interim management and restructuring (turnaround). 3. Capital Raising and Financing: Seeking investors, preparing investment documentation, and supporting financing transactions.
