The company may carry out any commercial and financial transaction, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, and take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The company may also acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate (in the case of real estate located in Switzerland, these must have an exclusively commercial use). The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to third parties and companies of the same group, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of third parties and companies of the same group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
