The company's purpose is to provide internal services to companies of the Breitling Group, in particular in the areas of marketing and sales. It provides services to the Breitling Group (as representative, intermediary, subcontractor, on a fiduciary basis or otherwise, alone or with third parties). The company is authorized to conduct real estate transactions and participate in all businesses. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the purpose of the company or are related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad, acquire and dispose of undertakings and participations in companies. The company is part of a group and may consider the interests of the group in pursuing its corporate purpose. The company may lend money in any form to group companies and third parties or borrow from them. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, and provide collateral of all kinds for the liabilities of these parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or not.
