The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing and to maintain it through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose by: a) Acquiring suitable building land in the ownership or building rights of the cooperative. b) Building and acquiring suitable properties and renting out apartments. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives. It can be a member of the Swiss Housing Cooperatives Association, Association of Non-Profit Housing Developers.
