Furthermore, it carries out all advisory activities related to raw materials, in particular oil and its derivatives. The company only exercises its statutory activities abroad and only exercises its advisory activity with and for the benefit of persons domiciled abroad. The company does not exercise any other activity in Switzerland except for that necessary for its administration (cf. statutes for full purpose).
