The company may participate in other companies and establish branches in Switzerland or abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided that the company may hold a stake in a real estate company in Switzerland if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company's purpose is the acquisition of buildings for exclusively commercial use.
