The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad by acquiring shares, bonds, participations, holding claims or in any other suitable form, in its own name or for third parties, as representative or trustee; excluded are the real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may: - carry out any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in companies directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it is in its interest.
