The company's purpose is to acquire, sell and manage participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad, all real estate transactions in Switzerland, in particular brokerage, management, purchase and sale of real estate, real estate development, establishment of general contractor contracts, as well as retail trade, in particular import and export. All real estate transactions subject to or prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. The company may: sign any type of contract directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in particular any license and distribution contract; carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any company having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
