The company's purpose is to engage in the following activities: trade and consulting services to support trade, both within Switzerland and abroad, of chemical products, primary, secondary and recovery products, and chemical-technical products for the petrochemical, mechanical and non-energy industries; consulting and related services and support, also in the field of collection, treatment, recovery, production, disposal of chemical, plastic materials and products, as well as raw materials and recovery materials and the promotion of environmental technologies, as well as the transportation of these materials, on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties; the provision of consulting services in the field of renewable energies, such as wind, solar, geothermal, biogas, wood gasification and bioenergy, excluding activities reserved for professionals or subject to legal restrictions; the company may also carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable and immovable operations that are functional, instrumental, necessary or useful for achieving its corporate purpose; the company may finally carry out financial transactions and provide guarantees, sureties and any other type of guarantee, both personal and real, also in favor of third parties, and acquire participations in other companies or enterprises, all of this provided that it is not prevalent and not directed towards the public. Activities reserved for financial intermediaries and securities brokerage firms, protected professional activities and all activities reserved by law to subjects with specific requirements not possessed by the company are excluded from the company's purpose.
