The cooperative aims to: manage, maintain and direct the allocated share of the Lähenweidquelle, spring water right sheet no. 2265, with a main pipeline to the water treatment shaft in Wengi; supply its members with bacteriologically flawless water in sufficient quantities; maintain and renew the spring catchments and water conduits; turbine the diverted water; acquire freely available, cantonally agreed-upon shares from the municipality; rent and manage excess water; manage assets. The cooperative may establish branch offices and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or sell real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related thereto.
