The company's purpose is to undertake all activities required to proceed with the regular progressive cessation of all activities subject to supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and other supervisory authorities; specifically, the administration and management of rights and obligations related to its previous activities as a financial institution, including those aimed at managing all administrative and regulatory procedures, as well as investigations in Switzerland and abroad. In addition, the company's purpose is to administer and manage the remaining assets and liabilities at the end of the supervised activities destined for progressive cessation as per the preceding sentence, as well as the assets and liabilities that are not subject to activities destined for progressive cessation. The Company may also engage in any commercial, financial or other activity that is related to the purpose of the Company. In the course of its activities, the Company may maintain affiliates in Switzerland and abroad until their liquidation or transfer.
