The company's purpose is to control and expert electrical installations, operate a study and consulting office, purchase and sell electrical and computer equipment, as well as perform all work related to the electrical and computer sector. The company may, in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, or acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests, conclude all contracts that develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it.
