Buf Technologies Switzerland SA

The purpose of the company is to provide (i) software development and support services related to software and/or products of BUF TECHNOLOGIES, INC., and (ii) business development services in support of the commercial activities of BUF TECHNOLOGIES, INC. The company may acquire interests or merge with other companies of any kind. It may acquire, encumber and transfer real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. By resolution of the board of directors, it may establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans and other types of financing to direct and indirect parent companies and to all other group companies and may provide any type of guarantee for the debts of these companies, including privileges, other fiduciary transfers of the company's assets and guarantees of any kind.
