The association achieves solidarity, cultural adaptation (integration), friendship, brotherhood, and support among immigrants living in Switzerland and the expatriate population from the village of Bugan-Memiskahya. It is essential for us to preserve our village culture and demand social commitment from our population to maintain and care for our village. Maintaining and caring for the village requires a lot of work and support from the population, such as renovating the cemetery, village house, and prayer house, and possibly other facilities like the mourning house, wedding hall, and streets. Furthermore, the association helps solve daily problems encountered by immigrants, such as adaptation problems and other issues affecting women, youth, children, etc. The association protects the cultural interests of Switzerland, immigrants living in Switzerland, and the Swiss people. It promotes, in cooperation with the tourism association, authorities, associations, clubs, companies, and private individuals, a suitable cultural offer in line with the local and regional interests of the residents. The association helps its members solve their problems, such as housing, language, integration, childcare, youth and women's issues, and similar social problems, and contacts the relevant authorities and institutions. The association aims to establish contact and improve mutual understanding between the villagers of Bugan-Memiskahya and promote brotherhood and patriotic feelings towards their homeland. The association also fosters contact between expatriates from the village of Bugan Memiskahya and regions like Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, England, Belgium, and other countries. The association is responsible for the moral, social, and sporting life of its members. It promotes friendly relations with the Swiss people and their institutions. The association also supports other initiatives that may be of interest to people from Anatolia living in Switzerland. The association fights against environmental pollution, protects natural life, and maintains ecological balance. Another key aspect is that the association stands up against political oppression and persecution of people due to religious and linguistic differences. The association works together to combat such discrimination. The association researches and studies the unique characteristics of the flora and fauna of the village of Memiskahya. It shares these scientific findings with all Memiskahyalers living in Europe as immigrants and with the general public. It organizes reciprocal trips across Europe and cooperates at the municipal level.
