The association, whose organs consist of volunteers, pursues exclusively charitable purposes. It supports the religious, cultural and social life of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church for all German-speaking cantons of Switzerland and fulfills all related tasks: building and leading the community in the sense of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, providing a place for Christian Orthodox services as well as its maintenance and equipment, maintenance and care of the priest, promotion and financing of further activities related to church life, in particular: pastoral care, integration as well as social and charitable activities.
