The company's purpose is: the manufacture, sale and distribution of ice cream, desserts and similar products, as well as the production of these products on behalf of third parties; all activities related to the distribution of foodstuffs and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, as well as their packaging and marketing, as wholesaler or retailer, on any medium and by all appropriate means; the operation of cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafeterias or pizzerias and all activities of management, acquisition, operation and disposal of points of sale, subsidiaries and franchises in the aforementioned fields. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises.
