The purpose of the company is the trade, import and export, distribution, sale, rental or leasing, maintenance and repair of vehicles, energy generation, energy transmission and energy storage systems and their accessories and spare parts, as well as the provision of related services. The company may participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all legal transactions that may be connected with the purpose of the company or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies.
