Exploitation of a study office, consulting, advertising and marketing, in the form of active participation or occasional mandate, in the field of corporate strategy as well as the provision of services, in particular in the field of management and development for all natural or legal persons; purchase, sale, import, export, brokerage and marketing in general of any consumer product, of any nature, in particular of any textile product or related to textiles, in general; advice, service, administrative assistance, management and marketing of all stores, brands, franchises as well as all industrial, technological, commercial and financial projects, for all companies or individuals, in any field; all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; participation in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; granting of loans or advances to its associates or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
