The company's purpose includes all activities related to plastering, painting, rendering, and peripheral insulation, as well as all renovation work, and all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, or industrial operations, whether movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties if it serves its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, acquire stakes in other companies, acquire or create similar or related businesses, undertake all affairs, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it.
