The company's purpose is: the design, organization and implementation of all administrative, IT and scientific infrastructures necessary for the operation of dental clinics and the development of cervico-facial medical professions, more particularly dental medicine, personnel and all types of equipment, as well as all activities in the field of paradentology; the operation of odontotechnical laboratories, emergency services, consulting and assistance to doctors and dentists, the pursuit of all activities aimed at promoting prevention and prophylaxis, as well as continuing education and research in the medical and odontostomatological fields; the organization of courses, events, trips in Switzerland and abroad. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE): carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
