It may perform all financial, commercial and industrial transactions, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote its realization. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies, perform all operations and conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, and assume participations in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if it serves its interests.
