The company's purpose is to engage in any operation in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, promotion, development, management, leasing, administration, enhancement, and brokerage of real estate properties, the establishment of general contractor agreements, and the acquisition and management of interests in companies in Switzerland and abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company also aims to provide artistic direction, project management, design, and furniture, object, and artistic creation services, as well as their commercialization. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes, including any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE); it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, as well as grant loans or guarantees to partners, subsidiaries, or third parties if it promotes its interests.
