The dissemination and promotion of knowledge of the Japanese language and culture; the organization and promotion of social, cultural and artistic events; information, assistance and practical advice for those interested in or intending to visit Japan; the publication and distribution of an information sheet; the promotion of friendly relations with the local community and the maintenance of contacts between members, in particular in Italian-speaking Switzerland.
