The company's purpose is the management and operation of a campsite, including the operation of camping and caravaning grounds, a bar, restaurant, retail store and all other ancillary activities related to this type of operation. In general, it may engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all other operations, including financial, commercial, movable or immovable property transactions directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, it being specified that any acquisition of real estate in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the LFAIE; and - provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
