The cooperative aims to produce, procure and distribute cannabinoid-containing products in mutual self-help among its members. In doing so, it also fulfills a research and development mandate with the ideal goal of promoting access to these products within the framework of the law and making the insights gained from the implementation of the company available. The cooperative can conduct all further business that is related to the aforementioned purpose or suitable for promoting it. Furthermore, it can acquire, rent, register, manage and sell real estate, securities and intellectual property rights of all kinds.
