The company may: carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with regard to properties located in Switzerland, in compliance with the rules of the Swiss Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; and grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
