The company has the following purpose: Development, research and technological innovation, manufacturing and marketing, as well as planning, implementation and management of projects related to the fields of environmental preservation: decarbonization; conversion of waste into green energy, production of green hydrogen and any other installation related to environmental preservation; publication and marketing of newspapers, magazines and websites. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
