CARBURA Tanklager AG operates two large tank farms and manages joint compulsory stockpiling of liquid fuels and combustibles. It stores the difference between the quantities required under the federal stockholding obligation and those held by CARBURA members, holds heating oil as substitute compulsory stock for the gas industry, rents tank space and stocks its own supplies; the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of CARBURA.
