Card Security

The association aims to, while complying with antitrust regulations: a) unite industry associations in Switzerland that represent the interests of debit and credit card issuers (in particular under the Mastercard, Visa, Postcard, and American Express brands); b) plan, coordinate, and implement awareness and prevention campaigns in the area of combating misuse and fraud in the card business; c) collaborate in the area of combating misuse and fraud in the card business; d) inform the public, political authorities, economic organizations, and other interested parties about the specific security features of card payment transactions; e) promote regular exchange of experiences among members on the topics listed in this provision; f) maintain membership in and cooperate with other national and international organizations.
