The company may also: carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; acquire all real estate for the purpose of establishing a permanent establishment within the meaning of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE); create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate, in any form, in all similar enterprises, and grant loans to shareholders or to third parties.
