To promote social conviviality relations, mainly of a cultural, sporting and recreational nature, among members and specifically: to promote the defense of the good name, prestige and interests of Sport Lisbonne and Benfica; to contribute locally to the good actions of Sport Lisbonne and Benfica with other sports clubs and entities; to encourage the sense of belonging to S.L. Benfica, including in the context of member recruitment for Sport Lisbonne and Benfica; to maintain the closest collaboration and solidarity with Sport Lisbonne and Benfica, with respect for its statutes and regulations; to fulfill towards Sport Lisbonne and Benfica the obligation of annual and timely sending of the announcement of the convocation of the Ordinary General Assembly for the reading, appreciation and voting of the accounts report, fiscal council and report of the aforementioned assembly. To collaborate with the Benfica Foundation, for the pursuit and realization of its statutory objectives, mainly by transferring its assets to the foundation, to be proposed by the Board and approved at an Extraordinary General Assembly. The association is non-profit.
