The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, processing and marketing in general of all consumer products, Swiss or foreign, foodstuffs or related to food, all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, all tobacco products and all household consumer goods, in any form whatsoever; b) the operation of businesses related to food and household consumption in general; c) the preparation, delivery and service of meals on order (catering service), as well as the organization and coordination of events and events; d) providing advice in the field of consumer products; e) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) taking participation in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) granting loans or advances to its associates or third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by associates or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
