The company's purpose is any activity in the financial sector, in particular asset and fund management, especially in commodities, as well as any advisory and consulting activity in the financial sector, excluding any activity requiring authorization under Swiss financial market laws. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose and promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies.
