The company is also active in event management and can organize any event related to its purpose, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
