The company aims to manage, acquire, license, and protect all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to literary works, screenplays, adaptations, derivative media, and all associated trademarks and copyrights, both under the CaymanMunda brand and related pseudonyms. It acts as the sole administrator and administrative bearer of the CaymanMunda universe and its affiliated works, particularly where such works contain or critically address politically sensitive content, are protected under freedom of expression regulations, or are subject to publication or adoption contracts in multiple jurisdictions. The company provides a neutral and legally protected platform for the publication, distribution, and licensing of literary, audiovisual, digital, and interactive content developed under or in connection with the CaymanMunda universe. It can enter into licensing, co-production, publishing, or representation agreements with third parties, including international publishers, film and streaming studios, regulatory authorities, and cultural foundations. The company manages, enforces, and preserves copyright and personality rights originally registered with the U.S. Library of Congress and/or other international bodies, regardless of whether such rights are registered in the name of the founder or pseudonymously. As an independent legal entity, it can transfer, sublicense, and document intellectual property rights under Swiss law. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, invest in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related businesses, acquire, manage, encumber, and dispose of real estate. Furthermore, it may enter into any transactions and conclude any contracts suitable for promoting the company's purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
