The company's purpose is to hold and manage its participation in CB Entreprises Sàrl, registered in Geneva under the number CHE-216.349.981. The acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in any other companies, in Switzerland and abroad, including participations in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland, are excluded. The company may carry out all commercial and financial transactions related to the aforementioned purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to grant (directly or indirectly) loans or other forms of financing to a direct or indirect parent company or to direct or indirect subsidiaries of the company or a parent company, as well as to provide all kinds of securities in favor of these companies, including in the form of pledges (except for pledges on its shares), fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, with or without compensation.
