The company's purpose is to operate a stable of equines in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all related activities, including breeding, import, export, holding, boarding (work-pension), trade and brokerage, transportation of equines, box rental, organization of equestrian events, and all services and advice in the equestrian field. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
