In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, holding, management, administration, promotion and brokerage of real estate, as well as the acquisition of participations in real estate companies, excluding residential real estate; as well as the acquisition, holding, management and realization of participations in all types of companies. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
