The company's purpose is to acquire and permanently manage participations in domestic and foreign companies, as well as to assume any related control and/or management functions. It can grant loans or other financing to other companies and provide collateral of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or security assignments of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind. The company can also acquire and sell real estate, securities, and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company.
