The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, brokerage, construction, transformation, operation, management, administration and development of movable and immovable property, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
