to provide services, assistance and advice to Celtra Technologies, Inc. and all affiliated companies, as well as any other related activity; the company may carry out all commercial or financial operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development; the company may also acquire interests in other commercial, financial or real estate companies with exclusively commercial use and acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, establish branches or form subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; the company may also grant loans to its associates, to companies affiliated with them or to third parties, and act as guarantor, provide security or guarantee any commitment made by its associates, companies affiliated with them or third parties.
