The company's purposes are: - the acquisition, sale, administration and management of shares in any commercial, financial, real estate or industrial enterprises as well as the conclusion of all contracts and the execution of all operations aimed at developing and extending its activities, - real estate brokerage, administration of divided ownership, property management and the preparation of real estate appraisals, and - the acquisition, sale, construction, development, transformation, renovation and leasing of all real estate to the extent permitted by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE). The company may also: - carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - have an interest, in any form, in any similar enterprises; and - grant loans to shareholders or to third parties.
