The company's purpose is to carry out all architectural work, the execution of real estate transactions, including the purchase, enhancement, sale, brokerage, and management of properties within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), the execution of general contractor mandates, as well as all commercial and financial operations related to the building and construction sector. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - specifically through all contracts - without limitation: as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object - whether it concerns tangible property (movable or immovable, it being specified here that real estate operations can only be carried out within the limits of the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution - whether it be by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this promotes its interests.
