The purpose of the company is: a) the design, technical study, development and manufacture of components in the fields of solar energy and semiconductors - particularly in relation to the photovoltaic industry - as well as the operation, purchase and sale of patents, licenses and technology in these fields; b) the import, export, trade, representation, distribution, maintenance and repair of all movable goods and products - especially all equipment, parts and products related to the fields of solar energy and semiconductors; c) all construction work in the building sector, including heating, sanitary, ventilation, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, flooring and tiling; d) the purchase and sale of real estate, property management and property development, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
