The purpose of the company is to defend the interests of its members through cooperative mutual aid. To this end, it proposes in particular to promote: - the supply of agricultural enterprises with production agents; - the handling, processing and marketing of agricultural products; - the operation of buildings and all equipment used to fulfill its various functions. The company may acquire or dispose of real estate, create branches, subsidiaries and foundations, take participations in other companies or conclude cooperation contracts with them. Furthermore, it may undertake all commercial activities that enable it to improve its development and achieve its goals.
