to ensure, under its direction, the unique organization of Bosniaks in the canton of Neuchâtel; to represent the general interests and concerns of its members to the public and institutions of the canton of Neuchâtel; as a community, to promote interfaith dialogue and the integration of Muslims living in the canton of Neuchâtel, particularly Bosniak Muslims; to practice and interpret Islam according to the Hanafi school of Muslim law (Medheb) (Abu Hanifa); to allow and promote the religious practice of Bosniak Muslims living in the canton of Neuchâtel in accordance with the Constitution of the Swiss Confederation, state laws, and cantonal laws; to preserve and maintain Bosniak tradition and culture, trying to bring it closer and make it understandable to Swiss citizens; to strive for the protection of human and religious rights of Bosniaks living in the canton of Neuchâtel; to ensure and facilitate the religious and moral education of Bosniaks in the canton of Neuchâtel; to organize religion courses for CCBCN members and other interested individuals; to organize conferences, seminars, round tables, courses, various celebrations, and other events; to cooperate with cantonal institutions to promote integration and better coexistence; to cooperate with other associations, organizations, and institutions dedicated to peace among peoples and religions, justice, and the well-being of all, regardless of their religious or cultural affiliation; to make efforts to prevent the spread of negative habits and harmful effects on society, such as drugs and all forms of crime; to help the poor, if financially and morally justified.
