The purpose of the company is the production and distribution of dental products, the purchase and sale of materials, accessories, equipment and other movables for the production of dental products, and the consulting of persons and companies active in the fields of development, production and distribution of dental products. The company may also organize or provide training, services and other services in the field of dentistry or in areas directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may participate in other enterprises, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of commercial real estate and intangible assets, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and in addition, carry out all legal acts that the purpose of the company may entail or that are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, either by way of loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may also provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether or not for consideration.
