The association aims to operate a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that promotes research and development in the field of neuroscience and brain health. To operate and raise funds for the DAO, the association may issue various tokens, including governance tokens that grant access to the DAO, as well as NFTs. The association may issue, hold, sell, and manage such tokens. The revenue generated from token sales will be used exclusively by the association for charitable and other purpose-related projects in Switzerland and abroad, as well as for cost coverage. Buyers of NEURON tokens (governance tokens) will automatically become members of the Cerebrum DAO community and are entitled to decide on the use of funds for charitable and other purpose-related projects through a blockchain-based proposal and voting process. The association may establish branches and sections in Switzerland and abroad, participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The association may acquire, encumber, sell, and manage real estate in Switzerland as a business location, and abroad, acquire, sell, or license all types of real estate and intellectual property. It may also provide financing for its own account or for third-party account, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for sections and third parties.
