The company's purpose is to carry out building analyses and technical and advisory consulting; the establishment of cantonal building energy certificates (CECB and CECB+) in accordance with the OFEN's specifications, investigation files, thermal balances; building labelling (Minergie and SméO in particular); analysis of the life cycle of buildings (carbon footprint). In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and create branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant and obtain loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
