The purpose of the company is to provide services related to cryptocurrencies and related investment products, as well as to promote, develop and commercialize methods, technologies and applications in the field of cryptocurrencies. In particular, its business activities include: accepting, managing and safeguarding crypto and other assets; the exchange of cryptocurrencies for FIAT and vice versa; payment services and settlement of payment transactions; brokering of card and payment acceptance agreements; development of software solutions for payment processing; always provided that the activities can be carried out without authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and without affiliation with a supervisory organization pursuant to FINMAG. The company may also broker or distribute financial products and services from third parties, as well as offer and operate its own products and services for third parties under white labelling/co-branding. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all commercial, financial or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such persons or group companies, including guarantees, pledges and fiduciary transfers of the company's assets.
